I collaborated closely with the founder and the social media team to create daily content for Instagram and TikTok. I filmed three of the highest-performing Instagram Reels during my time at SWOT, each garnering between 15K and 22K views.

Additionally, I conducted research on trending topics to develop relevant content and engaging copy. This included promoting weekly donation drives, events, and partnerships. I also tracked social media engagement metrics and documented volunteer activities in Skid Row each weekend, showcasing the organization's impact and enhancing community outreach.
